Items purchased on BROTTDOG.COM
can be exchanged for another size or model as long as they are in perfect condition and we have stock in the warehouse within 30 calendar days after purchase.
If you want to change an item, you just have to request it by email to email@example.com
indicating your order number and the reason for the change.
In the case of withdrawal, this can be exercised up to 30 calendar days after the purchase.
You can request a return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reasons for the return. The products must be in perfect condition, unused and present their corresponding packaging.
After verifying all the information and authorizing the return, you can send us the well-protected item at your expense. Make sure you use a certified postal or private courier service. Brott Barcelona is not responsible for possible damages or losses by the transport company.
We will notify you once received and reviewed to continue with the exchange or return process.
Returns for defective or wrong items are always free. In other cases, the buyer will assume the costs of the transport company. Returns of freight collect items will not be accepted. Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
In the case of a change, you will be informed of the cost of the change in the event that the amount of your new product is higher and you will be provided with a payment link to pay the difference. If the balance is in your favor, it will be paid to you within a maximum period of 72 hours after completing the exchange process.
After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition, have the original labels and packaging), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account using the same payment method within a maximum period of 72 hours. Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.
Customs, tariffs or taxes related to exchanges or returns will be the responsibility of the customer. If expenses are incurred in the delivery of the package, it may be rejected by Brott Barcelona or the cost of said expenses will be deducted from the return amount.
*Brott Barcelona reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. If upon receiving a product it is not in perfect condition, Brott Barcelona must be informed, documenting the incident, providing images if necessary.
