Can I change my items?
Items purchased at BROTTDOG.COM can be exchanged for another size or model if they are in perfect conditions and we have stock in the warehouse.
If you want to change an article you just have to request it through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the maximum time to do the exchange or return?
The term of change or return are 14 days from the date of purchase.
What should I do to give the item back?
You can request the return through an email to email@example.com explaining the reasons for the return. The products have to be in perfect conditions and present their corresponding packaging.
After verifying all and authorizing the return, you can send us the item well protected at your expense.
We will notify you when we receive it to continue with the change process.
Do I have to pay something for my return?
Returns for defective or errors on items are always free. In all other cases, the shipping cost of the carrier will be carried by the customer. We will not take care of returns due.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (the items have to be in perfect conditions, original labels and packaging), you will receive a confirmation via e-mail indicating that the amount will be credited to your account within a maximum period of 72 hours. Remember that credit card payment always depends on your bank.
How should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
Contact us and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
BROTTDOG.COM reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
